Pip is the founder and owner of Redfern Realty, with over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having worked across a wide range of properties - including new build investment homes and dealing directly with builders - she brings a practical, informed approach to managing and protecting her clients’ investments.

After seeing firsthand the frustration caused by high staff turnover and inconsistent service, Pip established Redfern Realty to offer a more personal, accountable alternative. As a hands-on business owner, she personally manages every property, ensuring clear communication, proactive management, and a consistent point of contact for both landlords and tenants.
